o crew performance was great too. the concept and storyline damn nice. plus all the imba instructors up there (:
5 + 5 did some incredible popping. we were like saying funk faction popping is a bullet and 5 + 5 one are nuclear bombs exploding (:

and the intro was damn nice too. introduced the 4 elements of hiphop. with a popper spraying with a spray can, a bgirl (holy crap she was damn dope. all her moves and transitions uber clean), a dj and a beatboxer.
AND OH YEA THERE WERE THE PHILIPPINES ALL STARS TOO ZOMFG :D
and for some reason, a lot of local crews like to have guys do girl hiphop. bleh O_o

so i made it (:
mad exco '09 ahhh(:
was in a bit of a shock when chuankim announced the results.
didn't expect myself to make it.
with a very screwed choreo and speech and interview.
but since they chose me, i'll work hard not to let my seniors down. not to let my batchmates down. and not to let myself down, either.
my direct seniors in exco had worked so hard for their elections. starting their choreo a few weeks in advance. mixing music. thinking through their speeches properly.
while i only spent the last two days trying to chiong out a last minute choreography.
and thinking about all the stuff they told me today.
things which i have never considered.
a goal. a proper mindset. respect among peers.
i have a long, long way to go.
anyways, i hope i can have a fruitful term with mad exco'09. especially with my head :D
right now, i think i really should start mugging. don't wanna let my parents down. nor do i want to get suspended from cca.

whoo.
just when i thought i could rest a bit during the first week of holidays.
then inspire just pops up.
and now there's a huge rush to get our choreos out and clean them up in 2 weeks.
holy crap (: a
nd there's danceXpression too. teaching deaf people how to dance is gonna be quite a big challenge.
not to mention another minute of choreography for mad exco elections.
then there's tapestry in july after blocks. another 2 weeks to further clean up choreo. but not as rush as inspire la.
and there's pw. which is gonna be the killer. and i think my group is gonna kill me cos i didn't submit my part yesterday. cos i thought it was sunday yesterday D:
now i know what some people meant when they said jc life is a year you go through with absolutely no mugging.
at least there's post back again party at jiahong's house to look forward too :D
